It is with great sadness that we said a final goodbye to Foodbank volunteer Paul Desmond on September 22nd 2019, after a long, brave battle with cancer. A celebration of Paul’s life followed on October 17th, which included an acknowledgement of the wonderful work he did as part of Redditch Foodbank. Paul was an eager volunteer in our warehouse, working hard with the team as they sorted through donations and stocked up the shelves. He has left a lasting impact on both the Foodbank and more importantly, the community he served. We are so blessed that Paul chose to spend his time supporting the Foodbank, and he will be sadly missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife, Christine, and the family at this time.
